• All work is carried out in accordance with applicable Irish building regulations and industry standards.
• Payment terms, timelines, warranties and the precise scope of work are set out in the individual service contract.
• We hold appropriate insurance for our construction activities.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Where you deal with us as a consumer, those rights always take precedence over anything in these terms.
